Amberhold turns the operator round into a record someone can produce months later: who checked what, when, against which limit, and what they found. It is built by someone whose background is in plant operations across control room, reactor front end, movements and utilities, and it has been proven on real rounds at a live process plant.
We are opening Founding Site places to the first five qualifying sites. Not free, and not a demo. No setup fee, in return for the thing a new product needs most: straight feedback.
What a Founding Site gets

One round built from your own sheet
Send your blank round sheet. We build it remotely, in your words and your order, and make one round of changes after your first live walk. A QR label for each check point comes as a printable sheet. Your shift is trained with a recorded walk-through of your own round, a one-page guide, and a live remote session if you would like one. Operators sign in with your Microsoft accounts or by email invitation, and we agree a review date at the start. Live in days, not quarters.

No setup fee, £350 a month per operating unit
Every operator, support, updates, UK-hosted data and export. Priced per operating unit, never per user. Monthly, stop any month. Prefer a fixed term? A three-month pilot is £950, then £350 a month if you continue. Cancel any time.

A short review after about 30 days, and honest feedback throughout. What got in the way goes to the top of the list. Founding Sites shape the product; later customers inherit it.

Your record stays yours
Everything you capture is exportable in documented open formats from day one, whether you continue or not.
Not included: site visits, building further rounds for you, durable labels, or software changes made for one site. We can quote for any of these separately, and nothing is charged unless you approve the quote first.

Who this is for
Sites where the round is still paper or a spreadsheet, and where someone has recently been asked to show that a check was done. Chemical and COMAH sites, waste and recycling, food and drink (including brewing and distilling), energy and utilities (including energy-from-waste and water), and manufacturing and engineering. The price is per operating unit. We start with one, where your first round is built. An operating unit is one production process, from raw material to finished product, together with the areas that serve it. For most customers that is the whole site. Where a site runs separate production plants, each plant is its own operating unit, even when they share a control room, operators or site services. The units covered are named in the order form.
What this is not
Amberhold records what happened. It does not authorise what happens next. No permits, no isolations, no “safe to enter”. Your existing systems keep that authority; Amberhold holds the evidence around it.
Starting a round needs a connection today, because a start is recorded on the server. Walking a whole round with no connection is in development, and we will not sell it until it ships.
