Working with us. Straight answers for procurement.
Buying from a young supplier is a legitimate concern. Here's the commercial picture, and an honest answer to the question you're really asking.
The commercial model
One subscription per site
A monthly subscription covers everything: every user, every round, every revision, support and continued development. No per-seat charges, no modules, no surprise line items.
No long contract
Month to month, cancel any time. We'd rather earn the renewal every month than lock you in — and it keeps procurement paperwork mercifully short.
Pilot first
The normal path is a pilot on your own rounds before any wider commitment — see How buying works on the pricing page.
Supplier onboarding
Questionnaires answered promptly
Send your supplier, security and insurance questionnaires — they're completed by the people who actually run the platform, not a compliance mailbox, and quickly.
Company information
Registration, insurance and banking details are provided during supplier onboarding, as you'd expect.
“Will this disappear?”
Your evidence can't be held hostage
The record is yours: append-only, and yours to take — a site administrator can export the complete site record from inside the product, any day, without asking us. Whatever happens to any supplier, that principle is engineered in, not promised.
The platform outlives a bad day
Everything is version-controlled, documented in runbooks, and rebuildable from code plus backups — demonstrated by rehearsed restore drills, not asserted.
A focused supplier, not a side project
Amberhold is developed alongside working process sites, and its roadmap is public. You will always know exactly what you're buying and where it's going.
A question this page didn't answer?
Ask it directly — supplier questionnaires and security reviews are answered promptly, by the people who built the platform.
