Something is wrong on a round
Send as much of this as you have. None of it is required; all of it shortens the reply.
- Your site name, and the round and point you were on.
- What you expected to see and what you saw instead, with the time.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
- The phone or computer and the browser you were using.
Nothing support does can lose a reading already captured. Records are append-only: a correction is a new entry under the original, and the original stays.
Sign-in and access
Access to a site is granted by that site's own administrator on People & Access, by invitation. Amberhold support does not add people to a customer's site, so if you need access, ask your site administrator first.
If your organisation signs in with Microsoft and you see a consent or approval screen the first time, that is your own IT policy at work. It is the same screen every third-party application shows, and your administrator can approve it once for everyone.
Your data
Site administrators can export their site's records from within the product at any time; no request to us is needed. How we handle information about people who contact us is in the privacy notice.
Reporting a security problem
Email support@amberhold.com with Security in the subject line. It is read ahead of everything else. Please tell us before telling anyone else, so a fix can land first.
